Prof. Kuhlenkötter holds the chair for production systems at the Ruhr-Universität Bochum and is one of the most prolific experts in the fields of Human-Robot Collaboration, Industrie 4.0, and integration of human factors in the production systems.

Prof. Kuhlenkötter is the head of the German society for Montage, Handling and Industrierobotik and is well know to some of us as one of the reviewers for the Spitzencluster Intelligent Technische Systeme it's OWL. He will talk about recent projects towards Industry 4.0 and among other issues on the integration of simulation of humans to evaluate ergonomic factors in assistive workplaces.
