Benjamin Paaßen: Pros and Cons of Method: Sequential Data Processing using Alignment
Techniques

Abstract: Many problems in CITEC related research involve the processing of sequential data (e.g. robotic movements, eye-tracking data, EEG, movement data) and the classification of such data (e.g. gesture recognition). In this contribution I introduce sequence alignment techniques for data processing as well as our open-source implementation in the form of the TCS Alignment Toolbox. Keywords: Sequence Alignment, Sequential Data, Time Series, Structure Metrics, Metric Learning
