Structured Program for Executives

The Structured Program for Executives (SFP) is intended for female CITEC scientists in leading positions and aims at a permanent increase of the percentage of female scientists in leading research positions.

The program duration of four years allows for comprehensive and long-term support of the scientists, without overburdening them due to a comfortably spaced schedule consisting of eight half-yearly terms.

Regular evaluations and assessments of needs ensure the optimisation and the flexible adaptation of the program to the needs of the interdisciplinary group of participants as well as to developments within CITEC and relevant scientific communities.

The various modules of SFP are designed to be process-oriented and to maximize synergetic effects. A central and constant aspect of the program is group coaching, which covers all relevant fields of competence.
