CITEC believes in excellence through innovative and sustainable gender mainstreaming and diversity management in the fields of expertise and consulting, recruiting and promotion of young researchers, and promotion of higher level management. Our activities are aimed at the following:
An integral part of all gender mainstreaming and diversity management programs and projects is that they are successively optimised through regular target audience-oriented assessments of needs. Another important aspect is that they are continuously evaluated. Structurally, they are designed as cooperation projects. All of these projects and programs are readily implementable.
