Central Labs

The Central Lab Facilities are a special feature of CITEC. As a central scientific department, they promote the collaboration of the research groups involved in the Center of Excellence and provide vital technical support for research questions. One example of this is that multifaceted interaction-technology can be combined modularly. The Central Lab Facilities are subdivided into three areas of operation: Toolkit Engineering, Demonstrator Engineering, and HCI Empirics Lab. Each area provides a seed for initiating and facilitating the cooperation in strategic research fields of CITEC.
